REDUCE INFLAMMATION

EMBRACE THE POWER OF THE COLD

Whole Body Cryotherapy  (WBC) is a non-invasive, painless therapy that involves exposing your  entire body to extremely cold temperatures (-85 degrees C) for 3-5 minutes in our state-of-the-art cryotherapy chamber.

During a Whole Body Cryotherapy session your body is immersed in dry, cold air to reduce skin temperature in order to stimulate physiological reactions that can help the body to REPAIR and RECOVER and  leave you feeling REINVIGORATED.
