Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Restore Flow.
Reduce Congestion.
Feel Lighter.
Our lymphatic drainage treatments are designed to support the body’s natural drainage and recovery processes by encouraging the movement of lymph fluid, reducing congestion, and improving circulation.
At Cryobright, we offer two distinct approaches to lymphatic massage:
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) – a gentle, therapeutic treatment focused on calming the nervous system, reducing swelling, and supporting recovery.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage & Wood Therapy – a more dynamic, sculpting-focused treatment designed to reduce puffiness, improve contour, and help the body feel lighter and more energised.
Both treatments support circulation, lymphatic flow, and recovery, but each offers a different experience depending on your goals.
Our Lymphatic Drainage Treatments
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Gentle Relief. Deep Reset.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a light, rhythmic treatment using slow, precise movements to encourage lymph flow and reduce congestion within the body.
This treatment is deeply calming and restorative, making it particularly suitable for post-surgical recovery, swelling, inflammation, nervous system support, and those needing a gentler therapeutic approach.
Best For:
Post-surgery swelling and recovery
Fluid retention and bloating
Lymphedema support
Nervous system regulation and relaxation
Inflammation support
Chronic fatigue and burnout
Benefits:
Reduced puffiness and heaviness
Improved circulation
A calmer nervous system
Less tension and congestion
A lighter, more balanced feeling
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage & Wood Therapy
Sculpt. Define. Re-energise.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage combines lymphatic-style massage techniques with faster, firmer, repetitive movements and integrated wood therapy tools to stimulate circulation, encourage fluid movement, and enhance visible body contour.
This treatment works more dynamically into the tissue, helping mobilise areas where fluid, tension, and density build up while supporting circulation and fascia release.
It is ideal for those looking for a more energising and sculpting-focused treatment experience.
Best For:
Bloating and water retention
Puffiness and feelings of heaviness
Body contouring support
Cellulite appearance
Circulation and tissue stimulation
Feeling sluggish or congested
Benefits:
A lighter, more sculpted feeling
Reduced puffiness
Improved definition and tone
Increased circulation
More energised and refreshed

FAQ’s
-
The lymphatic system helps move excess fluid, waste products, and cellular by-products out of the body while supporting immune function and circulation. Unlike the circulatory system, it doesn’t have its own pump, so it relies on movement, breathing, and muscular activity to keep fluid moving efficiently.
When lymphatic flow becomes sluggish, people may experience puffiness, swelling, bloating, feelings of heaviness, fatigue, or poor recovery. Lymphatic drainage treatments are designed to support this natural movement and help the body regulate fluid balance more effectively.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle, slow, rhythmic treatment focused on encouraging lymph flow, calming the nervous system, reducing swelling, and supporting recovery.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a more dynamic and sculpting-focused treatment using faster, firmer, repetitive movements, often combined with wood therapy tools, to stimulate circulation, reduce puffiness, and enhance visible body contour.
Both treatments support circulation and lymphatic flow, but they create very different treatment experiences depending on your goals.

MLD is usually the best option for post-surgery recovery, lymphedema support, swelling, inflammation, nervous system support, or anyone wanting a deeply calming treatment.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is often better suited to those looking to reduce bloating, feel lighter, improve visible definition, support circulation, or enjoy a more energising, sculpting-focused treatment.
If you’re unsure, our therapists can help guide you towards the most appropriate option for your needs.
-
MLD is extremely light, calming, and soothing — very different from deep tissue massage. The touch is soft and rhythmic, designed to gently guide lymph fluid without pressure or discomfort. Many clients find it deeply relaxing and grounding.
-
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is more stimulating and invigorating than traditional MLD. The treatment uses firmer, faster, repetitive movements and may include wood therapy tools to work more dynamically into the tissue. Most clients leave feeling lighter, less puffy, and more energised.
-
Many clients notice visible or physical changes after a single session, such as reduced puffiness, less bloating, improved relaxation, or a lighter feeling in the body.
For longer-term goals such as post-surgical support, fluid retention management, or body contouring, a series of sessions is often recommended.
-
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Depending on the treatment area and your comfort level, you may undress for the session while remaining appropriately covered with towels throughout.
-
Yes. MLD is widely used to help manage symptoms of lymphedema, particularly swelling and heaviness in the arms or legs. If you are under medical care, we recommend discussing treatment with your consultant or specialist before starting regular sessions.
-
Yes. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is commonly used following cosmetic, orthopaedic, or lymph node surgery to help reduce swelling and support recovery.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage may also be appropriate later in recovery, depending on the type of surgery and healing stage, but MLD is generally the preferred approach during the earlier post-operative period.
You should always wait until your surgeon or consultant confirms you are ready to begin treatment.
-
While lymphatic drainage treatments are generally gentle and non-invasive, they may not be suitable in certain situations.
