Single sessions allow you to book what you want, when you want. Ideal if you're trying our services for the first time or want to visit us on a pay as you go basis. Multi-session Packs (5 or 10 sessions) are ideal if you want to benefits from lower cost single sessions but want the flexibility to use them as and when you require (all multi session packs are valid for 12 months).
