Sports massage is a type of massage is specifically designed to help athletes and individuals who engage in physical activity. It involves a combination of deep tissue massage, and other manual techniques to improve performance, treat & prevent injury, and aid recovery.

Our relaxation massages designed to promote relaxation and reduce stress in the body. This type of massage typically involves gentle, flowing strokes and kneading techniques on the soft tissues of the body, such as the muscles and connective tissues, to help release tension and promote a sense of calm and well-being.

We also offer Cryo Massage – a unique combination treatment consisting of targeted localised cryotherapy followed by Massage. Two therapies that complement each other perfectly, localised cryotherapy will drop skin temperature rapidly, prompting the brain to send fresh, re-oxygenated blood and nutrients directly to the localised area. We then massage the deeper layers of connective tissue and muscle fibres to maximise the treatment results.
