MASSAGE THERAPY

Therapeutic Massage Therapy is used to enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is also aimed to manage and improve a number of health conditions.

We also offer Cryo Massage – a unique combination treatment consisting of targeted localised cryotherapy followed by therapeutic massage. Two therapies that complement each other perfectly, localised cryotherapy will drop skin temperature rapidly, prompting the brain to send fresh, re-oxygenated blood and nutrients directly to the localised area. We then massage the deeper layers of connective tissue and muscle fibres to maximise the treatment results.

HOW IT WORKS

We specialise in a number of advanced massage techniques which include; holistic massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release techniques, lymphatic drainage massage and relaxation massage techniques.  Our massages are tailored to your individual needs, combining techniques to ensure you receive the most effective treatment to meet the desired, individual outcome.

Our treatments  run on a time basis, either 60 or 90 minutes.
