These terms and conditions apply to your use of this Website and the purchase of Goods and Services from us. You must not use this Website, if you do not agree to these Conditions.

This Website and the Goods and Services displayed on it are provided by Cryobright Limited (collectively referred to in these Conditions as "we", "us" and "our"). When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of this Website, purchaser of Goods or clients of our Services.

We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time. All changes to the Conditions will be effective after the change is published on this Website. You should check these Conditions before each order as they may have changed since your last visit.

DEFINITION OF WORDING IN THE CONDITIONS
'Session(s)' - Any treatment or use of any therapeutic modality provided by us or on our behalf at Cryobright as part of the Services
'Pre Paid Multi Session Pack' - a number of single session services bought as a bundle i.e 5 pack or 10 pack.
'Goods' - any goods offered for sale at our clinic
'Website' - www.cryobright.co.uk
'Clients' - any person using the goods and services offered by Cryobright.
'Services' - Services available to you via this website
IMPORTANT LIABILITY STATEMENT​
The information available on or through this website and the services supplied via or in connection with this website or at Cryobright do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that our services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any session, you should consult your doctor.

If you have any questions regarding your current medical condition please consult your doctor before using any of our services. Certain treatments/therapeutic modalities provided by Cryobright are contraindicated for a number of medical conditions, or in certain cases, are recommended only alongside advice from your healthcare practitioner. None of our services provides or serve as a cure or treatment for any disease. This is neither implied nor should be inferred. In the rare event that you experience pain and/or discomfort while undergoing any treatment or therapeutic modality, you must immediately stop and/or seek assistance.

It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on this site (and provided by us to you as part of any service). We do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, how-ever arising) as a result of relying on any information on this site or provided through any service supplied by us to you.
You, your legal representatives and your heirs release, waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue Cryobright Limited and its operators for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

STATUTORY RIGHTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION
Cryobright may occasionally introduce new services, sessions, multi session packs, or other combinations as it sees fit. It is not permissible to share or transfer sessions. Cryobright reserve the right to change our prices, without prior notice, for our products and services at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Any cancellation or refund rights offered by these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds can only be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for the purchase.

SITE USUAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You may use the Site for personal and lawful use and in accordance with these terms and you may not copy or use any material from the site for any commercial purpose.
The intellectual property rights in all contents of the site and supplied as part of the Products or Services, and in the Cryobright Limited brands’ trade marks and logos (“Materials”) are owned by Cryobright Limited. Except to the extent expressly set out in these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to make any copies of any part of any Materials, or remove or change anything on the site, include or create links to or from the site without our written authority, or remove or change any copyright or other intellectual property right notices contained in any Materials or copies thereof.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Cryobright's privacy policy governs the use of your personal information, which is part of these Terms and Conditions.
This is an important document that covers our Cookie Policy, the usage of your personal and non-personal information, as well as several other critical matters regarding how we handle sensitive data. you are urged and expected to consult the Privacy Policy in its entirety and the content therein is considered to form part of these Terms and Conditions in its entirely.
PURCHASE POLICY
By placing an order or making any purchase you confirm you have fully read and accepted our Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy. In the case provided to you prior to purchase, this applies to any applicable disclaimer/waiver.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, unless stated otherwise. Partially redeemed multi session packs or gift vouchers are non refundable or transferable.
Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for any Cryobright service(s) with the exception of memberships.
PRE PAID MULTI SESSION PACKS
Pre Paid Multi Session Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase, unless stated otherwise. Once the expiry date has passed, any unused sessions will be lost and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

Unwanted or unused multi session packs cannot be transferred to another individual nor be used as 'credit' to purchase any other Cryobright service.
DEPOSITS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSITS
All appointments are subject to a 50% deposit fee. Deposits will be charged at the time of booking. The deposit fee will be deducted from the final balance due for the cost of the service. The final balance is paid following the completion of your appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if a deposit request is refused or not actioned.
If your appointment is part of a multi session pack, or membership, which has been paid for in advance, a deposit will not be required.

REFUNDS
We will offer a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. This applies to all unused single session purchases, unused pre paid multi session packs, memberships, gift vouchers and products. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of request.

Please note partially redeemed multi session packs or gift vouchers are non refundable or transferable even if refund request is received within 14 days of purchase.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS / MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must notify us by email no later than 24hrs in advance of your appointment time. Deposits will not be refunded if less than 24hrs notice is provided. Deposits fees will be refunded if the cancellation request is received at least 24hours prior to your appointment time. In the event you fail to attend your appointment (for any reason) you will be charged 100% of the total cost of your appointments.
Failure to attended an appointment for a service that a is part of a pre paid multi session pack or membership, will result in the session being deducted from your entitlement.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment, even at short notice, due to unforeseen circumstances. This will always be done with due consideration and having provided as much notice as is possible and practical. In such cases, it may be necessary to re-schedule or rearrange your appointment. If this is not possible or convenient, a full refund will also be offered.

MEMBERSHIPS
By signing up to a membership you are authorising Cryobright Limited to deduct monthly dues from the payment method you provide.
Memberships require a minimum 1-month commitment.
Membership fees are automatically billed on the same date each month and continue on a rolling monthly basis
Memberships can be cancelled at any time (after the first month) by emailing hello@cryobright.co.uk
Cancellation/Pause/membership tier change requests must be sent by emailing hello@cryobright.co.uk at least 1 week prior to your next payment date.
Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 1 month.
If membership is cancelled/paused partway through a billing period, the remainder of the month will still be charged.
Memberships are intended for the person who signs up and credits are non-transferable.
Unused credits expire at the end of each month and cannot be rolled over month to month.
Cryobright reserves the right to refuse, cancel or terminate any memberships at any time.
Member discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Cryobright may suspend the operation of the site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the site from time to time.
Access to or use of the site or any sites or pages linked to it will not necessarily be uninterrupted or error free.

Cryobright may terminate the Service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due to Cryobright (including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
The following conditions are contraindications to Whole Body Cryotherapy:
Pregnancy, high blood pressure (165/100), acute or recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, arrhythmia, symptomatic cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, cardiac pacemaker, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, heart valve defects, vasculitis, hypothyroidism, recent heart surgery, venous thrombosis, acute or recent cerebrovascular accident, uncontrolled seizures, severe Raynaud’s Syndrome, fever, symptomatic lung disorders, bleeding disorders, severe anaemia, infection, cold-allergy, acute kidney and urinary tract diseases, pregnancy.
Each client will need to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure suitability for treatment. If in doubt, please consult your doctor or medical practitioner before booking an appointment.
You must not enter the Cryo Cabin under the influence of drugs, alcohol or illegal substances.

Infrared Sauna is extremely safe for the majority of individuals and can result in many health and well-being benefits.
However, if any of the following applies to you then we advise consulting your doctor/GP before using the sauna.

- History of heart or cardiovascular disease
- Low or High blood pressure
- Blood disorder
- Circulatory system problems
- Diabetes with neuropathy, Parkinson's, MS or Lupus
- Currently taking prescription medications
- Experiencing symptoms or dizzyness, fainting spells, heat sensitivity, bleeding disorders

If in any doubt whether it safe for you to use the sauna please consult your doctor prior to booking an appointment.
You will not be permitted to use the sauna if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The minimum age for whole body cryotherapy is sixteen (16) years. Parental accompaniment is required for any therapy or treatment provided to anyone under the age of 18.
