• Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

• Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for any Cryobright service(s). Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card.
