WHY TWO WEEKS?
We are often asked how many whole body cryotherapy sessions are required and how often. Most people feel notable benefits after one or two sessions but, like any form of training, consistency is key to maximise results. When first starting (or restarting) your cryotherapy journey it is recommended that you use the chamber as often as possible for at least 2 weeks. This allows time for your body to adapt and respond positively to the extreme cold stimulus.
HOW IT WORKS
To get the most out of your experience we recommend coming in as much as possible - minimum of 3x a week. Want to freeze everyday? Even better! Once you have signed up, your sessions will be added to your account and appointments can be booked quickly and easily via our online booking system. You can choose when you want your two weeks to start. The two weeks will run consecutively from the day of your first session.Sign up to the Cryo Kickstart Programme is currently restricted to once per person.
